Production Facility   Polyply Composites LLC. is located on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan in

southwestern Michigan. Our 60,000 square foot facility is 40 miles west of Grand Rapids and is about a

three hour drive from Detroit or Chicago.

 

 

Compounding Capabilities

Our manufacturing capabil-
ities are fully integrated,
beginning with bulk delive-
ry of raw materials for
production of SMC's,
and Wet molding mixes.

Press Molding Capabilities

Polyply Composites has 14 compression molding presses equipped to provide steam or electric heat for processing fiberglass reinforced thermoset materials. All presses have hydraulic and mechanical knockout capabilities.
